Pro-PLUS offers a comprehensive system designed for telerehabilitation of cardiac patients after myocardial infarction and patients with heart failure. It is a system that works well not only in hospital wards, but is especially useful for home rehabilitation. The service using Pro-PLUS technology is a reimbursed service by the National Health Fund for medical rehabilitation in Poland.
Cardiac telerehabilitation allows the patient to perform specifically adjusted exercises at home or in the patient’s environment, allowing the patient to leave the hospital ward sooner and return to normal life activities.
The system for telerehabilitation consists of:
- EHO-MINI Rehabilitation device – recording ECG signal and telemonitoring of the patient, guides the patient through the process of telerehabilitation, provides verbal contact between the patient and medical staff
- Telemedicine platform CardioPortal – allowing medical staff to implement and remotely supervise the patient during the telerehabilitation session
- blood pressure monitor, scale (optional for patients with heart failure)
The advantages of the solution:
- simple operation and a clear indication of device status,
- high precision and accuracy of measurement,
- completely digital processing of ECG signals (test recording and data transmission)
- during the rehabilitation session, the device informs the patient of the current command to perform (EXERCISE, ECG, REST). At the end of cycles (intervals), the collected ECG data and optionally other measurements, e.g. blood pressure, weight and saturation level) are automatically transmitted to telemedicine platform.
